WFHA Tenant Portal

Welcome to your new secure online tenant portal. It is available 24/7 and is an easy and convenient way of helping you manage your tenancy.

The self-service portal allows you to:

  • Report a non-emergency repair
  • Check your rent account
  • Print a rent statement
  • Give us a compliment or make a complaint
  • Check and update some of the information held about you and your household
  • Engage with us in other ways

At WFHA, we want to provide safe, decent homes and excellent services for you – our tenants within our community.

The introduction of the portal is a step forward in making WFHA services more aligned and digitally inclusive. We recognise that you may want to access some of our services when the office is closed. Our new tenant portal will enable access to some services 24/7 so that you can enjoy all the benefits that the service will bring.

How do I use the portal?

To use the portal, you must be a tenant of Waltham Forest Housing Association, have an email account that is registered on your account at WFHA and have access to the internet.

You must register to use this service. Registration and site use are free.

If you already have an email registered on your account, you will have received a letter from us inviting you to set up your access to the tenant portal. The letter explains that your username will be your email address, and you will be provided with a temporary password to begin setting up your account. Once you log in, you will be asked to create your own password which you must not share with anyone.

Security is paramount and you will only gain entry to the system if you enter your login details correctly.

Once you have set up your account, whenever you log in, you will need to enter your username (your email address|), password and you will also be asked to confirm your date of birth. Once your account has been created, you will only be able to see the information about your own tenancy account.

How do I register?

If you have not received your log in details from us, and you would like to register, please contact our Head of Governance Linda Wright by emailing info@wfha.org.uk. You will be sent a letter inviting you to join, which will include your temporary log in details.
